Founded as a partnership by brothers Stanley and Steve Ferguson, Ferguson Trenching Company (FTC) is truly a family affair. Our co-founders emphasized the importance of a trusted family-like atmosphere from the beginning. Now, 50+ years later, FTC remains just that. Current owners, and sons of Stanley and Steve, Jeff Ferguson, Kevin Ferguson, and Randy Gambrill started their careers as teenagers at the company. They immersed themselves in learning every aspect of the utility business, from the ground up. It’s with pride that each of them continues to emulate what their fathers started. Today, FTC provides a full range of construction services for private developers, counties, municipalities and state and government agencies.
