FTC Wins ABC STEP Platinum Safety Award

We are proud to be awarded the 2022 ABC STEP Platinum recognition by ABC Chesapeake Shores for our outstanding safety performance! The Safety Training Evaluation Process, otherwise known as STEP, is a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance. Participating ABC member firms measure their safety processes and policies on 25 key components through a detailed questionnaire.

A STEP Platinum recognition means that FTC is 619% safer than the industry average!

FTC Safety Manager, Mary Hill ASP, CHST, STSC, was proud to accept this award at the 2022 ABC Chesapeake Shores Excellence in Construction and Safety Awards banquet on Thursday, September 15 in at The Hotel Annapolis in Annapolis, MD.
