Kevin Ferguson

Vice President

Kevin Ferguson was born and raised around construction through his father Steve Ferguson, FTC co-founder. He started his career here in 1993 after furthering his education at Anne Arundel Community College. Kevin started as an URD and Service Lateral Foreman installing gas and electric mains and services. In 1997 Kevin jumped over to the Directional Boring division where he became a foreman leading numerous crews on new business work and cable replacement. Shortly thereafter, in 2001, he became a supervisor for all gas and electric URD crews.

Kevin was names Vice President of Ferguson Trenching Company Inc. in 2007.

In 2009, Kevin spearheaded our expansion into Southern Maryland to cover gas installation projects in Prince George’s, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary’s counties by opening an office in Waldorf to accommodate the rapid growing business under our Washington Gas contract. Over the years, the Southern MD Gas Operations saw tremendous growth which empowered the company to move operations to White Plains into a larger facility in 2016.

Kevin is currently responsible for supervising all aspects of our Southern Maryland Gas Operations division to include 12 crews, an extensive fleet of equipment and trucks, fully functioning warehouse and shop, as well as all internal office operations. He manages over 60 employees and more than 50 pieces of equipment.

The South River High School Alum currently resides in Edgewater, MD. Outside of work he is an avid golfer, likes to play poker, and enjoys spending time with family.
